Slater, Iowa - The City of Slater is announcing that a Request For Proposal has been released seeking a developer or business entrepreneur for the redevelopment of the city owned 321 Main Street building located in the heart of the historic Slater Main Street business district. The city is looking to establish this property as a cornerstone private/public partnership redevelopment with a high focus on creating a new food and dining experience in the heart of Slater’s downtown core, however the city is open to all quality project proposals.
